How to Buy

To make a purchase please complete the personalisation boxes relating to your chosen item then click the ‘add to cart’ button and pay online by credit card, debit card or PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay; simply follow the clickable links to 'checkout as guest' then you will be prompted to enter your card details.  

If you cannot fit the full details of your personalisation into the text boxes simply email the information to firsthandcards@yahoo.co.uk

All the cards, keepsake boxes and albums shown can be altered. You can change the printed words, change the design by adding your own themed embellishments, change the cut out name or cut out number and change the colours. For example, if you see a card designed for an Auntie's 80th birthday in gold, it can be changed to suit a Sister's 40th birthday in pink. Similarly, men's birthday cards can be made for Father's Day and boys Christening cards shown in blue can be made using the same design but in pink for a girl's Baptism or Naming day. All items can be made to your requirements so they are truly bespoke. 

Cards in the Ultimate Personalised Cards gallery are suitable for men, women and teenagers. The designs are filled with unique embellishments illustrating hobbies and interests that make the cards highly personalised to suit each recipient perfectly. In this gallery there are four main styles to choose from: Central name with diagonal images, Central number with diagonal images, Long text on the left with images running down the card on the right or Long text in the centre with images running down the card on both sides. Scroll through the gallery pages to find examples to inspire your own bespoke design.

Your card will be left blank inside unless you email your chosen words or a verse to print inside. The email address can be found on the CONTACT page.

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Within approx. 24 hours of placing your order you will be emailed a full summary containing all the
details of your personalised item. This is your opportunity to double check the proposed printed wording, spellings, colours etc and your dispatch deadline are correct.

First Hand Cards will only hold the personal information you have provided (name, address, email address, phone number) in relation to each order. All the information we hold about you is contained in the order summary you have been sent. It will be stored safely for a limited period of time, both digitally and in paper form where it can only be accessed in relation to your order. First Hand Cards will only contact you regarding your order and will only use your address to post the ordered item to you.  You will never receive marketing calls or advertising flyers or emails, so you will never receive any uninvited contact from First Hand Cards. We will never share your data.
